Cancellation Policy:
Clients with same day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee equal to the cost of their scheduled appointments. Please don’t hesitate to call 512-431-7997 as soon as you know you cannot keep the appointment or to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to patients who cancel or miss their appointments often.
Late Appointment:
If you are late to an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment to honor the following patient’s appointment.
In Treatment Room:
The acupuncturist may ask you to change into a gown. Please keep your undergarment on unless the acupuncturist asks you to remove it.
Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or strongly scented lotion on the day of your appointment since some of our patients are sensitive or allergic to them.
Please turn off your cell phone during the treatment.
Please try not to come with an empty stomach. It might cause dizziness or fainting. If have an empty stomach, please let the practitioner know.
Insurance:
We will ask you to pay in full the amount for the service rendered, but we would be glad to file your claims for you and refund what was covered by your insurance. Please bring your insurance card and we will check your benefits. We recommend checking your benefits with your insurance company prior to receiving treatment.
